
Fillets of breast (with skin),sliced cooked ham, chopped spinach, chopped mushrooms, chopped brown onions
Method
Fry onions in oil with mushrooms, (4 mins) remove from heat, add spinach.
Loosen fillet muscles, pound till 5mm thick
Place ham slices and onion/mushroom/spinach mix on fillets and roll up
Bake 20 mins or till fillets are cooked.
